TCM has put together a list of fun Workouts via FitOn (Free fitness app) guaranteed to boost your mood and energy.
The list of 12 exercises is comprised of 2 stretch series and 10 workouts ranging from Yoga, Kickboxing, Tabata, and HIIT. All exercises are under 20 minutes, because let’s face it we are busy Mommin. No prior workout experience is necessary and you can do them all from the comfort of your home.... in any order. The FitOn Trainers will lead the way.
The goal is to complete all 12 before 31 July. Taking care of yourself is an ESSENTIAL part of taking care of your kids.
